We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Upholsterer and Sewer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sewing and upholstering various products. Job may include other manufacturing and assembly tasks.

Sew and upholster all custom orthopedic products, including office chairs, back supports and other items.

Beneficial but not required: operating various machinery, including CNC for fabric and upholstery cutting.

Use templates to ensure high precision and quality.

Maintain a clean and organized workshop area.

Follow safety protocols and adhere to quality standards.

1-2 years of sewing or upholstery experience preferred.

Comfortable learning and working with a variety of machinery.

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety.

Commitment to high-quality production and pride in the finished product.

Dependable, honest, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Must be coachable, easy to work with, and willing to learn.

Ability to keep the workshop area clean and well-organized at all times.
