Ideal candidates will have:

• Proficiency in bike mechanics, including tuning, diagnostics, and repairs
• Self-motivated, easy to work with, willing to learn, and work well on teams
• Love biking and have an interest in all types of bikes

• 1+ years bicycle technical experience
• Must be a quick learner
• Computer skills and technical proficiency
