As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be interacting with other Ari team members and Ari customers to help them have the exceptional experiences. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have exceptional experiences. With a focus on troubleshooting and product knowledge, you'll help riders overcome obstacles and stay on the trail. We're seeking self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love connecting with people. We are looking for people who are self-motivated, excited about our products, able to work in a fast-paced environment, have an open mind, are willing to learn, and love talking with people. Must be able to work in a team environment. You will help customers remain fans of the brand while navigating obstacles that are in the trail.
Responsibilities may include:
Must have an interest in bikes and an in-depth understanding of bike technology including road, mountain, and e-bike frame, drivetrain, suspension, and other components. Previous bike mechanic experience will be advantageous. Must be a self-motivated problem solver, easy to work with, willing to learn, and get along well with others. Must be able to explain technical concepts and details simply both verbally and in writing to customers and coworkers. We are looking for the best people and pay will be commensurate. Work location will be in Lindon.
