General Manufacturing: Full-time Position

Shop tech needed for the production, assembly, and shipping of various orthopedic products for back and neck pain. These products include office chairs, portable spine supports, exercise equipment, and more.

Will be responsible for manufacturing, assembly, and shipping. The type of work includes cutting, routing, drilling, gluing, and other fabrication methods. Must be comfortable learning and working with various machinery including bandsaw, radial arm saw, routers, drill presses, using templates, staple gun or upholstering, CNC machine, powder coating, and others.

Responsible for a high level of quality control, and will not cut corners to get the job done right.

Must have good common sense for safety and problem solving. Must be committed to a high-quality level of production, with pride in the finished product. Must be dependable, honorable, and honest, and can work well alone and with a team. Must be coachable and easy to work with. Must aim to keep workshop area clean and well organized.
