Job Summary/Basic Function:
The Bachelor’s Degree Nursing (BSN ) Program Administrative Specialist reports to and is supervised by the BSN Program Director. The position will provide administrative and clerical support to the BSN Program. This individual will assist 650-700 students/graduates each year and 20-25 faculty plus several adjuncts.
Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years secretarial, administrative and/or office manager experience.
• Ability to use technology, equipment, and software typically found in an office environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications include experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Zoom, and Google Meet.

Visual Acuity Requirements including color, depth perception and field of vision: Required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; using a computer terminal; extensive reading., Required to have close visual acuity to inspect small defects, small parts at distances close to the eye., Required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned (i.e., custodial, food services,) or to make general observations of facilities or structures (i.e., security guard, inspection).
