Knowledge of window installation is highly preferred to excel in this role.

• Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Oversee window and door installations, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot product or installation issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Manage service requests, coordinating with technicians to address client needs effectively.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, keeping them informed and addressing concerns promptly.
• Monitor project progress and budgets to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Foster relationships with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline project workflows.

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in construction, windows, or a related industry.
• Knowledge of window and door installation processes and techniques.
