As a Service Technician, you'll be the face of Mountain West in the field—inspecting, repairing, and replacing parts on windows and doors at customer locations.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and complete service jobs on Marvin products
• Replace glass, install accessories (shades, screens, etc.)
• Educate customers on product care and maintenance
• Maintain service van and handle paperwork
• Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction
• 7:00 am Start time, Full-time position, 4/10 work week – no weekends!

What You’ll Need:

• Ability to lift heavy items
• Field technician experience
• Pass criminal background check, MVR check, and drug screening (including THC)
• Valid driver’s license (must meet fleet safety requirements)
