We're looking for a Night Parking Inspector to join our team at Traverse Mountain Master Association (TMMA) in Lehi, UT. About the Role:

As a Night Parking Inspector, you’ll have the opportunity to work overnight, from Wednesday to Friday (between 12am - 5am). This job offers flexible hours, making it a perfect fit for someone who needs extra income and values having free time during the day. You’ll drive a TMMA work car (we’ll provide it) and have the responsibility of inspecting the community boundaries each week, ensuring vehicles are parked in accordance with TMMA rules.

You’ll be in charge of inspecting every street in TMMA each week (except during national holidays). This role is perfect for someone looking for long-term, reliable work with the flexibility to work independently while being part of a great team!

• Conduct weekly parking inspections across the entire TMMA community (no weekends or holidays!).
• Use the TMMA work truck to drive around the neighborhood (you’ll be provided with a work truck and all materials for inspections).
• Place orange card notices on vehicles in violation of overnight parking rules and red card notices for restricted vehicles.
• Ensure you’re inspecting every street in the TMMA boundaries every week (unless it’s a national holiday or as otherwise directed by the manager).
• Keep track of the vehicle details and take notes (you can use your phone or the provided laptop for this).
• Provide detailed parking inspection reports and email them to the manager immediately after each inspection.
• Always wear your TMMA logo shirt during inspections and use the work truck with the TMMA magnet logo on the side.
• Carry orange and red card notices, a flashlight, and all necessary materials for your inspections.

• Transportation & License: You’ll need reliable transportation to and from work, a valid driver’s license, and a mobile phone for communication and record-keeping.
