Hiring Full-time, front office receptionists for our Lehi location. This is not a remote position.

Position is Full Time Monday- Friday. 

Alpine Pediatrics is a very busy pediatric doctors’ office. We currently have offices in Pleasant Grove, Lehi, Saratoga Springs, and Vineyard.

Greet guests as they arrive, check patients in, process payments, answer and screen incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, maintain office compliance by following all policies and procedures, data entry; scanning and faxing; and other front-office responsibilities. 

We are looking for someone with receptionist experience, but we are willing to train the right candidate. If you are someone who learns quickly, is detail oriented, and has excellent customer service skills, this position may be a great fit for you! Spanish speakers are welcomed to apply. 

Position requires four 10 hour shifts 7:45 am to 5:45 pm M-F. Day off will depend on coverage needs.
