Job Summary/Basic Function:
This position supports the agency by working on tasks that will recruit and support professionals in the field. Outreach may involve site visits to programs, community outreach events, and other duties as deemed necessary. This position also supports the CDA tracking of hours earned, CDA achieved and uploaded in the statewide database by providers. There may be support to the professional development functions of the office as well. Additional duties include answering phones, transferring calls to others, some child care referrals and fingerprint services as well.
Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred:
• CDA certification, or collegiate courses in Early Childhood, Family Studies, Psychology and/or Social Work.
• One year experience in child care.
