Maintenance Technician

We are looking for skilled laborers from everything from general maintenance to full blown constructions. We do a lot of apartment and home turnovers. Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting. Interior & exterior skills welcome.

Several years of general maintenance and/or construction preferred

We work well with other jobs. Flexible hours. Nights and weekends. Technicians schedule work with existing tenants on their own schedule. We pay hourly, but can also take bids on longer/more complicated work We have work orders throughout the year in both Salt lake and Utah counties
