Job Summary/Basic Function:

Position provides administrative support for the Director of Access Events & Engagement. Responsibilities include staffing the front desk at the Welcome Center; manage the campus visit program, including scheduling tours, entering student information into our database, adding tours to the calendar, and contacting students to confirm tours; giving presentations to groups of prospective students; answering the Welcome Center phone and emails for campus visits; manage scheduling and assigning tasks for around 25 Student Ambassadors; assisting to create and carry out events for prospective students and their families.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum one year college education

• Minimum 4 years of related experience

• Experience with computer programs used in an office setting, such as Google Suite, etc.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and presentations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in higher education

• Working knowledge of CRM (or similar) software platforms

• Supervisory experience

• Budgetary and purchasing experience
